Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed same day if ordered before 3pm.

Orders are shipped out either same or next day depending on order time. 

Ship time depends on which  shipping type you choose and will depend on the carrier once it has been shipped.

Reigen Sun is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

Delays with any shipping carrier.

Orders marked delivered according to tracking.

Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.

The carrier will assume responsibility once the package has been shipped.
